NATIONAL MORTGAGE DIVIDEND.

The report ■of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand, Limited, for the year to 30th September last, shows that after payment of all expenses, debenture interest, and contributing £4301' to the. staff superannuation fund',;.,there is a divisible balance of £46,427, from which it "pays a final dividendl of 7% Iper cent., and a bonus of 2s per share (5 per. cent.), the sum of ' £15,177' being carried forward.
