DECISION RESERVED

Mr. Justice Ostler reserved his decision yesterday in regard to the application made by Leonard Benjamin, of Wanganiii, for probate in his own favour of the will of his brother, Oscar John Benjamin,'of Wellington. The application was opposed by Emily Edith Maud Jude, a half-sister of the testator. Mr. H. H. Cornish appared in support of the application, and Mr. H. F. O'Leary, with, him Mr.1 A. B. Buston, to oppose.
