(Received 18th February, 2.30 p.m.) . * LONDON, 17th February. Mr. Kamsay Mac Donald has seceded from the Independent Labour Party owing to the Left Wingers' pinpricks.' It has been arranged that the Sih~ men's Union rejoin the Trades Union Congress on the basis of no victimisation and a joint liquidation of the cost' of litigation.
