NOBILE CENSURED
(Received- 17th February, 2 p.m.) ROME, 16th February. The report of the Commission of Inquiry into the Nobile expedition censures General Nobile for endeavouring to incriminate his followers in his public utterances and newspaper articles, and emphasises that Mariano displayed magnificent qualities of leadership, particularly in organising the expedition which set out to search for help.
