GOT AWAY WITH A MILLION
(Received 17th February, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 16th February. No decision has yet been reached whether the British Government will prosecute him in Italy. If such action is not taken it will be owing to the difficulty of get-j ting witnesses to attend protracted proceedings in Italy and the enormous co^t ] involved.
