THE KOUTEPOFF AFFAIR

PARIS, 15 th February. The police are talcing seriously the ravings of a Russian .taxi-driver, named Ilgenko, who went mad after attempting to commit suicide. He keeps continually crying out: "I kidnapped Koutepoff." It is learned that Ilgenko did not arrive at the garage the day after the disappearance of General Koutepoff.
