MOTOR ACCIDENT

MR. W, M. HUGHES INJURED

SYDNEY, 16th February.

Mr. W. M. Hughes, who is touring the country organising a new Australian political party, received slight injuries when his car overturned near Coolac. A passenger, Senator Duncan, was severely injured, and the car badly damaged. Senator Duncan received severe cuts and an injured shoulder, but is recovering. Mr. Hughes received abrasions and a shaking.

Tho car fell thirty feet over an euv bankrnent.
