LONDON, 15th February.

The Rome correspondent of "The Times" says that the new Papal instructions regarding women's dress order diocesan bishops to insist with the utmost rigour on wonicu observing greater decency and modesty. His Holiness lay's down' a series of rules which bishops must enforce, including the foiv bidding of girls and women "who put on indecent clothing" entering a church. He also urges parents to discourage their daughters participating iv public exercises and gymnastic contests. ' '
