Thirty-three boys were reported in residence at tho Boys' Institute at a meeting of the Ladies' Auxiliary. A very comfortable . sitting-room for the boys has recently been furnished by tho members. Mrs. Hislop (president) spoke feelingly of the loss tho auxiliary had sustained in the death of their late treasurer, Mrs. G. T. Bell. She had filled this position worthily for fourteen years, and her placo would be hard to fill. ' The members stood in silence as a mark of respect.
