CLEVER DOLL-DRESSING
The most interesting things on view at Lady Londonderry's exhibition of work done by disabled sailors and soldier's, recently held i London, wc-ro the dolls dressed by 6Oino of the men to represent respectively Lady Londonderry's youngest daughter,; Lady Mary Stewart, as the Irish "Paddy" she represented at a children's fancy dress ball :in Ireland, and her cousins, Harry and Helen Hoare, the'boy dressed as a red-coated huntsman and the girl as Elizabeth Try.
Dressing these was a little relief for the men who usuall • spend their time over fine intricate embroideries, beautiful both in design and workmanship.
