CHKISTCHUKCH, This Day.
The adjourned meetiiig of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Leslie James Koache and George Edward Stokes, merchants, of Christchureh, passed a resolution: "That the papers be piit into the hands of the Crown Solicitor with a view to taking criminal proceeding:." Tho Official Assignee said that the debts totalled over £4000. The prospects of a dividend wero poor. The books had been kept carelessly.
