The King has approved the appointment of Mr. Hugh Montgomery Knatek-bull-Hugesson, Counsellor in 'the Diplomatic Service, to be Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at Eiga, Tallinn, and Kovno.
YOUTH WINS BOXING PRIZE

The former schoolboy champion Johnny Peters won Stadium Club's £250 bantam competition. Thirtytwo boxers participated. Peters is sailing to Australia this morning.
