VERDICT FOR PLAIN[?]IFF
A verdict for the plaintiff' for £373 los was given by the jury yesterday afternoon in the case in which Henrjt Jjuggins, sheet ir»;tal worker, of Wellington, claimed £570 17s damages from the ' Canadian Knight and Whippet Motor Ccpnpany in respect of injuries received through falling into a pit on the company's premises. Mr. O. C. Mazengarb, with hiijtii Mr. H". J. V. James, appeared for thai plaintiff, and Mr. J. J. M'Grath for the defendant company. _^__________
