(Eeceived 13th February, 2 p.m.) 1 PAKIS, 12th February. The disappearance of the White Russian, General Koutepoff, threatens to bo shelved as an unsolvable mystery. The police say they have exhausted every clue. Nevertheless the case continues to excite boundless newspaper speculation.
