I MELBOURNE, 12th February. 1 Fred Young, England (13st 131b) knocked out George Moderich, New Zealand (14st lib) in the third round, at Melbourn Stadium to-night. It was an -unsatisfactory ending to an even bout. Moderich was caught off his balance, and went down to a light tap in the third. The majority considered the final blow was delivered while Moderich was in a sitting position. It was an unpopular decision.
