COLONEL POWLES TO BE ! ..PRINCIPAL TJio Trustees of the 'New Zealand Sheopowners' Acknowledgment of Debt to British Seamen .Fund announce that Colonel C. Guy Pow'les, C.M.G., D.5.0., has consented to accept tho appointment as Principal of Flock House Statin, vice Captain F. H. Billington, who lias lately resigned. Colonel Powle's will take up residence at Flock House early next month. The very great success which has attended the operations of the Fund in training young men for a farming career and in sound citizenship will receive a fresh impetus by the appointment of a gentleman of such calibre as Colonel Powles.
