Australia and South America to the United Kingdom during the month o£ January were as follows: — ■,-»,» Australia.—Carcasses , xnuttqn, 57,017; carcasses lamb, 211,437; quarters beef, 2344 South America.—Carcasses mutton, 141,----325; carcasses lamb;" 373,862; quarters /beef (frozen),:4o2B; quarters beef (chilled), 582,528.
