Martin (Past Grand Warden), Rt. Wor. Bro. 11. H. Seaton (Past Grand Warden), V. Wor. Bro. Rev. W. H. Nicholas (Grand Chaplain), V.' Wor. Bro. J. H. Jerram /(Past Grand D. of C), V. Wor. Bro. G. F. Brown (Past Grand D. of C). The Grand Director of Ceremonies, was V. Wor. H. Hobbs, 6.D.C., and Wor. Bro. H. Godier, Grand Organist, officiated at the organ. Upwards of 100 Freemasons from- all parts of the district assembled to witness the ceremony, which was concluded by an address on I'Veeinasonry by the Grand Master, Most Woi-./Bro. J. J. Clark. , '■. At the afternoon tea, served in the Coronation Hall, a gathering of some 300 members and friends was present. The new building, which is to be;con-! structed o£ wood, is estimated to 'cost £800, half of which sum has been subscribed by members o£ the lodge,, Lodge ' Tawera, O Kapiti, No. 253. , The plans wero prepared by the master of the lodge, Wor. Bro. C. T. Reid, who is in charge of the erection of the building.
