ASSURED BY SOVIET LAW (Received 12th February, 2 p.m.) EIGA, 11th February. M. Eykoff, President of Council, in a speech, "declared that complete religious freedom was assured by the Soviet law. No minister was persecuted because ha performed religious rites.
