Seiyukai (Conservative) Opposition Party holding- a laree majority over the Minseito (Liberal) Government, the assembling of the Diet to-day finds the Premier, Mr. Hama<ruChi, in a difficult position. After the election of a Speaker and Chairman of Committees, and other formal business, the House will adjourn till 21st January-, when a speedy dissolution is'inevitable.
