AUCKLAND, This Day. H. E. Telford, the Jessee of Phar Lap, arrived by the Ulimaroa from Sydney on a holiday. Ho declared that ho had come for a real rest, and was
tired of reporters. He thought that somewhere with plenty of snow would suit him, and he would probably make for Queenstown, perhaps fly South in an aeroplane if ho would get one. Tclford brought no horses over. Pliar Lap (dual Dyrby winner) is out of work, resting at Bacchus Marsh, Melbourne. Having sesved his apprenticeship in Duuodin, Iclford is looking forward to renewing old friendships m Otago.
