DIVORCE CASES
A degree nisi was granted yesterday by the Chief Justice (the Hon. M. Myers) iv each of the following undefended divorce cases. The name of counsel for the peitioner is given in parentheses:—Louisa Dunn v. Joseph Dunn desertion (Mr. O. C. Mazengarb); Percival Francis Mulhane v. Ada Isobel Mulhane, desertion (Mr. E. Parry); Alice Florence Holmes v. John Holmes' habitual drunkenness and failure to maintain (Mr. W. Perry). On the petition of Rose Ethel Botts on the ground of adultery, a decree nisi was granted against Herbert George Betts by Mr. Justice B-lair. Mr. C. A. L. Treadwell appeared for the petitioner.
