Since the new Commonwealth tariff came into operation Australian Knitting Mills, Ltd., has announced arrangements completed for the manufacture in Australia of Kayser hosiery. Australian Knitting Mills, Ltd., in conjunction with Julius Kayser and Co., of New YorlYarra Falls, Ltd., and L. and E. Marks and Saulwick Pty., Ltd., will form a new company under the name o£ Julius Kayser SVi 3i- Heinz Co- of Australia, Ltd. (of the 57 varieties), has been formei in l? n^ ydli7','lvith ™nominal ca Pital of £10,000 m £1 shares. The company, which will handle the Australian business in Heinz food products, has a local directorate, and the capital is held by Australian investors. It will operate separately from the parent American organisation and-also from the Canadian- and English Heinz ! undertakings. . ...
