MAINTENANCE CASES

Maintenance cases in the Magistrates Court yesterday were dealt with by Mr E Page, S.M. .

For being £9 12s in arrears on an order made for support of his wife, Kenneth Vincent Reid was sentenced to one month's imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended as long as he. pays £1 15s a week. Leslie W. Shaw was sentenced to one month's imprisonment for being £9 2s in arrears on an order made in respect of his son. He will be released on payment of the arrears.

On a charge of being £2 10s in arrears on an order made for the support of his child, Charles Hill, junior, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment, to be released on payment of the arrears, together with £1 Is solicitor's fee.
