The Summer Show of the Onslow Horticultural Society was held iv the Public Hall, Khandallah, on Saturday. Despite the exceptionally stormy weather experienced during the preceding week, there was a fine display of roses and other summer flowers. The awards were as follows:

Mr. F. Bennet staged a splendid collection of broad beans for exhibition only

A. Agar, 1 first, 1 second; Kinhold Okeby, 1 second. During the evening a short but excellent programme was contributed by the Misses Russell, M'Davitt, Robertson, and Mr. J. P. Mackay. Mr. J. G. M'Kenzifc, F.R.H.S., judged the cut flowers and vegetables, and Mrs. W. H. Smith judged the ladies' decorative class and the children's class.
