PALMER PRIZE ESSAYS
The entries for this year's Palmer Prize essay competition, held by the Wellington Navy League, were a record for the competition, which was instituted in 1916. The- examiners were Mrs J. Barling, Mr. J. H. Fowler. Mr J Hislop, Mr. K. Darroch, Mr. J A* Cowles, Mr. A. Walker, and Mr. F H* Irwm. The following were the results: Senior.
