REGENT THEATRE.

Coming to the Regent Theatre next Saturday is an all-talking screaming comedy, "The Cocoanuts." Tho locale is Florida. The story or satire is one which ridicules with much lularity tho real estate boom. A debutante is "wintering" in one of the exclusive hotels with her socially ambitious aunt. And tho girl and a poor hotel clerk fall madly in love. So, of course, the - hotel clerk falls for the get-rich-quick scheme with dire results, until the happy ending! A slight plot, like all musical comedies. The picture introduces tho Ziecfeld star, Mary Eaton,, and tho irresistiblo antics of the four Marx Brothers, who are considered by many to, be the funniest entertainers on the stage to-day. Besides iiis inimitable crowning, Harpo plays the harp. Although lie violates all accepted technique, Harpo is considered to be one of ' tho fintst harp players in the world. Clilco, also an excellent comedian, is an accomplished pianist, employing an unusual linger technique that always causes much laughter. Groucho, considered by many to be the funniest of the four, is supplied with most of the comedy lines. Ho never smiles. Zeppo, the youngest and handsomest, also is a clever comedian. Mary Eaton aud Oscar Shaw, each of them singing exquisitely, supply the romance. These two most recently appeared together on the Kcw York stage in Ziegdeld's "Five O'clock Girl." They sing tho featured song numbers composed by Irving Berlin.
