Two first offenders for drunkenness .were convicted-and-discharged by Mr. W. H Coy, J.P., at the Mount Cook Pohce Court this morning. For his second oftence of drunkenness, Joseph Han--kins) was fined 10s, in default forty-eight hours imprisonment.
