, RUGBY, sth December. The last units of the British Army on the Rhine will be home next week. The evacuation will practically be completed by . next Thursday, when Lieutenant-General Sir William I- waites leaves with his staff, after paying the necessary compliments. A small final party of details leaves on 13th December.
