INCOME TAX REDUCTION
(Eeceived 6th December, 1 p.m.) WASHINGTON, sth December. The House of Eepresentatives on Thursday by a vote of 218 to 17 passer! the Hawley resolution providing for .160,000,000 dollars tax reduction. The measure goes to the Senate. The reduction will be effected by cutting a 1 per cent, rate on individual and corporation incomes. '
