i (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HAMII/FOjXT, This Day. The Supreme Court proceedings between Dean Barnet and Bishop Chernngton, ended this morning. The interim injunction against the bishop's [proposed inquiry into the dean's fitness Ito hold the present office was disclosed by Mr. Justice Herdman on the application of both parties. The withdrawal of the case follows the azreeiment to refer the - dispute to a committee appointedbyArchbishbp Averill
