She and a son still survive. _ He had not communicated wth her since 1909. The money with whic the farm was bought was taken from Harwell s savings. The bank account represented partly her own money and partly profit on the home which they bought and sold at Wanganui The widow at Malta had already received Stevens's £200 life insurance, but the Judge decided that Harwell was entitled to the farm property. Stevens died intestate.
