THE CHILDREN'S FRIENDS

At the last meeting of the Children's Session. Committee of 2YA, consisting of representatives of various children's organisations of the city, the following resolution was passed:— "In reviewing the work of the past year the committee desires to record its appreciation of the services of those gentlemen who in their capacity as honorary radio uncles have so excellently served the children of the community through the regular children's sessions of 2YA. The committee is grateful also for the many courtesies of the station director and staff and the very ready and efficient co-opera-tion of Miss Shepherd, the children's session organiser."
