ACCIDENTS

About 1.20 this afternoon a City Council milk van and a five-seater mo-tor-car collided in front of the milk depot, Dixon street. The front axleof the car was bent, a mudguard was buckled, and the glass of the wind screen was broken. A lady passenger in the car, Miss M. Morris, who lives at 8, Upton terrace, received a wound on her forehead and on her left arm, and also suffered shock. She- was taken to the Hospital by the City Ambulance for treatment.

A. "W. Norton, an apprentice jeweller, who lives at the Boys' Institute, was knocked off bis push bicycle by a motorcar in Buckle street shortly after mid!day to-day. He suffered abrasions and tehock and was removed to the Hospital hy the City Ambulance.
