TO COVER PEDESTRIANS TOO
LONDON, 3rd December.
An an outcome of a Sheffield motorist scouring £30 damages against a pedestrian who was "walking to the public danger," a leading London insurance firm has introduced a new policy to cover pedestrian third party risks. A nominal premium insures against this risk, which threatens to become common; also against claims by people bitten by dogs cr injured' by golf balls.
