RAIL SMASH IN VIRGINIA
(Received 4th December, S a.m.) NORFOLK, 3rd December. Thirteen are dead and forty injured as the result of an accident in which a Now York-bound excursion train struck a split rail and left tho tracks. Three cars were telescoped.
