SEASIDE PICTURES, LYALL BAY.

■Two big features will be screened at the Seaside Pictures, Lyall Bay, to-night. "When Duty Calls" is a story of the fire brigade. It concerns an aged fireman who is pensioned oft" after an accident, and his daughter who meets and falls In love with the flre chief. There are some magnificent flre scenes, including the burning of a huge building. "Mrs. Brown from Chicago" is a delightful comedy tangle, tinged with tragedy and backed by spectacular New York and Paris settings. It tells of the. amusing adventures of a grass widow who, bored to death, goes to Paris. The latest Gaumont Gazette will also be screened.
