It is understood that Mrs. Preston, of Adelaide road, the owner of the new house m Pipitea street, Eastbourne, which was totally destroyed by fire early on bunday morning, held a conditional policy on the building for £500 with the Atlas Insurance Co. The loss above the insurance is estimated at £300
