The traffic on the Wannsea, a famous lake near Berlin, which attracts thousands of that city's holiday-makers, is controlled by a water policeman. The equipment of this officer includes a special rubber suit with an inflated belt and paddles, which he uses to propel himßelf to his station and also to direct traffic.
