EMPIRE THEATRE, ISLAND BAY.

An oxcellent double-feature programme will bo screened at the Empire Theatre to-night. The main attraction Is "The Gun Runner," starring Rlcardo Cortez, with Nora Lane and Gino Corrado leading the supporting cast. The story tells of a man who has been dismissed from the army because he would not .submit to its discipline. He is sentenced to twenty years' imprisonment unless he succeeds in a certain mission. The supporting feature is "Hoofbeats of Vengeance," starring Jack Perrin, and Rex, king of wild horses. An excellent comedy completes the programme.
