NEW THEATRE FOR HUTT
Grand Theatre, Ltd., with an authorised capital of £25,000, of which £15,000 required has been subscribed and allotted, will be offering to the public £7500 in 8 per cent, second mortgage debentures, with a currency of 15 years or less. The directors of the company are Messrs. A. 6 Whitcombe, D. F. M'Arthur, A. J. Toogood, H. E. Edwards, and J. L. Giehard. The.company will build a theatre to seat 850.' at ! White's Line, Woburn, Lower Hutt. The building will also contain two flats and fine shops. The debentures are underwritten by the New Zealand Underwriting and Development Corporation of Wellington.
