(Received 3vd December, 11 a.m.) L6NDON, 2nd December. It is understood that Lord- Bledisloe's brother, Major A. H. Bathurst, accompanies him to New Zealand. Mr. Samuel Whitley, brother of the late Speaker of the House of Commons, and a dairying expert, leads the farmers' delegation, which Lord Blcdiske would otherwise have headed.
