1 NEW YORK, Ist December i Describing herself as a writer of dramatic composition, Katherine Burke Sherman has filed a 200,000 dollar suit against B. E. Sheriff, playwright, Gilbert Miller, producer, Morris Brown, agent, and Brent Amos Incorporated, publishers, over the- play "Journey's End." The complainant alleges that "Journey's End" infringes her threeact play "Flags and Flowers," bearing i a similarity in theme and dialogue.
