RUSSIAN RECITAL-LECTURE.

A recital-lecture Is to be given on Wednesday night at the Blue Triangle Hall, Boulcott street, by Miss Valeric Corliss. Miss Corliss will give a talk upon Russian music—its history and characteristics, etc. —and will illustrate her lecture at the pianoforte, givina short programme of works by Kussian composers. Madame Jlerlin is to sing a group of Kussian songs. Another feature of the programme will be the electrical reproduction of gramophone records by Mr. Keith H. Thow. The following pianists, pupils of Miss Corliss are also contributing to the programmeKileen Bennett, Judith Giesen, Catherine Monorieff, Gwendoline Xhow, Nora Cotton, and Marjoric Carey.
