UNIVERSITY WOMEN'S CLUB

As a final wind-up of the handwork cirelo of the University Women's Club for the year, a very unique display of work was hold at the clubrOoins in Woodward street. Raffia work of all kinds, trays, purses, bags, baskets, coseys, etc., and dainty embroideries, fascinated tho eye, while the marquetry exhibits were really beautiful. Newest designs in bead work and wax flowers were also,very attractive. Cakes, sweets, flowers and novelties, in charge of Mesdanies Meier and Green and Miss Dempsoy, found a ready sale. Musical items provided by Mrs. Bath and the Misses L. Van Stavcren and Matthews brought a delightful afternoon, to a close.
