The Government's Unemployment Insurance Bill, which makes provision for the revision of the machinery of the insurance scheme for increasing the amount of unemployment benefit payable to young persons out of work and brings juveniles within the scope of the scheme, will bo debated in Committee in the House of Coiumons to-day. A largo number of amendments have already been tabled. The Liberal Party have given notice of 33 amendments, aiul it is stated that others will be advanced later.
