The Forbury Park- Trotting' Club's Spring Meeting was opened to-day in fine weather. The track was heavy after recent rain, but improved . during the day. The attendance was swelled: by many; visitors in town for the A. and P.. Show; The totallsator handled £■-4,321 for the day,' compared with £19,353 10s on the first day .last year. Results :—
