GARDEN PARTY.

The anual garden party in connection with the Karori Methodist Church will be opened next Saturday, tho 30th November, at 3pm by Mr. R. A. Wright, M.P. The function, which is to bo held in tho grounds of Mrs. J. Laurenson's residence, "Glen Hector," Friend will be stalls for the sale of plain and fancy sewing (Including many articles suitable for Christmas gifts), produce, cakes, sweets, fruit salad, etc. Afternoon tea will be served. A number of most entertaining side-shows have been arranged, and the tennis court will bo available for play. ' .
