.(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., This Day. ~ At the Police Court, Daniel Gilchirist, aged 23, Gordon Max King, aged 19, and Algar Roy. Douglas Mason, aged 19, were charged with breaking and entering a store at Shannon and stealing articles valued at £90, the property of the Shannon Co-op-erative Dairy Company. Gilchrist and Mason'were also charged with converting to their own use a motor-car, the property of Sydney Charles Davison. Gilchrist and Mason were convicted on the charge o£ conversion, and all three pleaded,guilty to the'other-charges.. They were committed to the Supreme Court at Wellington for sentence. .
