It is learned that Mr. Henderson and General Dawes, United States Ambassador, conferred in connection with the Sino-Eussian situation, and afterwards telegraphed to Washington. Ifc is believed that the Governments are prepared jointly to act in convening the other Kellogg Powers to examine the position, if there is no settlement in the meantime*
